Paul Kaczmarek holds a Master of Arts degree from the Russian and East European Institute at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Holy Cross College. Before joining NTI, Kaczmarek worked in the field of refugee resettlement in the United States, as an employment specialist and grants administrator.
