Abstract:

Georgiy Kaurov, the Chief of the Information Department of the Russian Ministry of Atomic Energy, stated that the plutonium confiscated in Munich in August 1994 was not of Russian origin because Germany, Japan, France, and Belgium are the only producers of that particular type of plutonium fuel.
