Ukraine: Radioactive Parcel Detected at Kiev Airport
Abstract:
Radiation was detected on a 5.72 kg parcel en route to New York at the Boryspil international airport in Kiev. A dose rate of 176 microR/h was measured on the parcel. Authorities seized the parcel, which could be further examined at a laboratory.
