Decree No. 1 of the State Petroleum and Chemical Industry Administration:
Inventory of Newly Added Varieties That Are Listed as Schedule 3 Controlled Chemicals

In accordance with the "PRC Controlled Chemicals Management Regulations," the "Inventory of Newly Added Varieties That Are Listed as Schedule 3 Controlled Chemicals" has been approved by the State Council and authorized for release by the State Economic and Trade Commission. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of promulgation.

Inventory of Newly Added Varieties That Are Listed as Schedule 3 Controlled Chemicals

The following chemicals are listed in the "Inventory of Newly Added Varieties That Are Listed as Schedule 3 Controlled Chemicals:"

1. 3-hydroxy-1-methylpiperidine

2. 3-quinuclidone

3. pinacoline

4. potassium cyanide

5. sodium cyanide

6. phosphorus pentasulfide

7. dimethylamine

8. triethanolamine hydrochloride (triethanolamine muriate)

9. dimethylamine hydrochloride (dimethylamine muriate)

10. methyl benzilate
