Abstract:
The United States is accusing Israel, in particular the Israeli Space Agency, of illegally transferring missile technology to, "a third world country" believed to be India.

The United States notified Israel that it had violated the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) rules.

The Israeli Space Agency has developed a series of Earth orbiting satellites that have both civil and military applications. Israel has also developed the Shavitt small expendable launch vehicle to orbit the payloads from rocket launching sites within Israel.
