equipment at the Mayak reactor grade plutonium storage facility. They also noted that cooperation in the area of nuclear materials protection, control and accounting will be expanded at the following five facilities:

C Podolsk Scientific Production Association Luch

C Dmitrovgrad Scientific Research Institute for Nuclear Reactors

C Elektrostal Machine Building Plant (highly enriched uranium breeder reactor fuel line)

C Mayak chemical plant

C Obninsk Physics and Power Engineering Institute

They agreed that during the period of August 1-15, 1995, two teams of U.S. specialists will visit the five facilities to perform site surveys to facilitate the development of joint improvement plans.
