ACTIVITIES:
Bauman Moscow State Technical University's Power Engineering Department conducts research in the following areas: the effects of reactor operations on fuel assemblies, design and testing of nuclear power plant safety systems, nuclear safety for the nuclear fuel cycle, nonproliferation of nuclear materials, plasma physics, and mathematical modeling of physical processes in fusion reactors. MGTU's Department of Special Machinery trains engineers to design launch vehicles and missile systems.
