ACTIVITIES:
MIPT was founded in 1951. It trains specialists in various fields of science and technology, including nuclear physics. The Institute has about 1400 full- and part-time faculty members and over 4000 students.

Department of Applied Mathematics and Economics (conducts mathematical modeling of nuclear reactor operations)
