Effective February 1999, NIS Nuclear Profiles started
using new criteria for selecting material for the Reactor Incidents Table. Reactor
incidents must be rated INES 2 or greater to merit a table entry, and must be
rated INES 3 to merit an abstract. For more information, please see the NIS
