CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

DECREE No. 473
dated March 10, 2000
Kyiv

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine enacts:

1. To establish in the Ministry of Economy structure, within the limits of personnel number and funds designated to support it, a governmental body of state governance – the State Service for Export Control, based on the central executive power body – the State Service for Export Control of Ukraine, which has been liquidated.

2. The Ministry of Economy should according to the existing procedures within one week to present to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a Draft of Provisions about the State Service for Export Control.
