China Satellite Launch and Tracking Control General (CLTC)

China Satellite Launch and Telemetry
Tracking and Control General Company; national space and missile tracking command center

Established in 1966. CLTC, an arm of the Commission of Science, Technology, and Industry for National Defense (COSTIND), oversees China's three launch sites and all launch and tracking activities.
