Although most often identified with the chemical industry, Parchin may also be the primary producer of Oghab and Nazeat missiles in Iran. In addition, Parchin manufactures air-to-air and ground-to-air missiles, and anti-tank TOW missiles, and assembles Shehab missiles (versions unspecified). It is associated also with the production of solid propellant for missiles.

Iran has invested in the production and assembly of Fajr 3 rockets in Parchin, reportedly using technology gained from the North Koreans.
