Description: The facility was situated within the Iskandariyah industrial complex and consisted of bermed explosive stores, some ten workshops, a laboratory, and support buildings. Hutin contained equipment and facilities required for processing and assembly of fuzes (artillery, bomb, warhead) and for final assembly of explosive devices (bomblet); basic tooling is not specific to any type of munition. Of note is that the site was tasked with white phosphorous (WP) and conventional high-explosive fills; effectively, Hutin's capabilities also allowed for chemical agent fill, although none was detected during UN inspections.
