Description:
This is a small site located along the banks of the Tigris. Mansour produced semi-conductors and solar cell wafers; it also contains a purified water plant. Of particular interest to inspectors was the clean room technology on-site, due to its potential use in inertial instrument fabrication/assembly. Mansour was never specifically associated with Iraq's missile programs, but their expertise in the clean room area was drawn upon my missile engineers.
