Location: P'akch'ŏn-kun (博川郡), North P'yŏng'an Province (平安北道), North Korea

Subordinate to: Ministry of Extractive Industries (採取工業省); and/or Pakch'ŏn Branch of the Atomic Energy Research Institute (原子力硏究所博川分所), Yŏngbyŏn Nuclear Research Center (寧邊原子力센터), General Department of Atomic Energy (原子力總局), Cabinet (內閣)

Primary Function: Mining

Description: The Pakch'ŏn Uranium Mine is reportedly one of North Korea's primary uranium sources, but its current status is unknown.
