Subordinate to: Maram and Chiha-ri Materials Corporations ( 마람・支下里資材商事), Department of Materials (機材部), the Nuclear Chemical Defense Bureau (核化學防衛局), General Staff Department (人民軍總參謀部), Ministry of People's Armed Forces (人民武力部), or possibly the Pyongyang Defense Division (平壤防衛師團). [Note: Kim Wŏn Pong, director of the Northeast Asia Research Institute (北東亞問題硏究所) in Japan, claims this facility is subordinate to the Pyongyang Defense Division.]
