Chemical Agents Phosgene oxime (CX) A somewhat obscure CW agent, phosgene oxime is a blister agent that is more accurately referred to as an urticant or nettle gas. While it has been alleged that the DPRK possesses this agent in its CW stockpile, no further details are available. (It is possible that North Korean defectors, wittingly or unwittingly, have mentioned this agent in their testimonies after having been coached by American or ROK intelligence services, and may not in fact have had direct knowledge of its existence in the DPRK chemical arsenal.)
