1994 Japan one or more jet mills Japan’s Seishin Enterprise Co. exported the Jet mills to North Korea. Jet mills are used to grind materials into a fine powder using compressed air. Jet mills have commercial applications in the pharmaceutical industry, but they are also used to make solid fuel for ballistic missiles, and thus are MTRC-controlled items.
