Description: This is an underground facility that appears to have been constructed in the early to mid-1980s. It is one of the primary sites for Syrian chemical weapons production and may have been modified or expanded a number of times since achieving its Initial Operating Capability (IOC) in order to enable it to produce the full range of CW within the Syrian arsenal.
