According to the U.S. Treasury Department, the Fajr Industrial Group (FIG) "is involved in the production and acquisition of precision equipment for missile guidance and control systems." [1] Both the UN and the U.S. government have imposed sanctions on the FIG, and UNSCR 1747 specifically imposed travel and financial sanctions on the head of the FIG, Mohsen Jojati. [2]
