Satellite reconnaissance of this site, near the Arab village of Eilabun, has led analysts to believe that it is some sort of strategic military facility. While open source material cannot confirm the true nature of the site, SIPRI reports that the facility may store nuclear artillery shells and possibly Atomic Demolition Munitions (ADM) in underground bunkers similar to those found at Sdot Micha.
