Satellite reconnaissance of this site, near the Arab village of Eilabun, has led analysts to believe that it is some sort of strategic military facility. While open source material cannot confirm the true nature of the site, Jane's speculates that Eilabun is a secondary Jericho ballistic missile storage site, composed of underground bunkers similar to those found at Sdot Micha.
