Founded in 1951, this is an affiliate section of the Energoinvest. The firm is the largest exporter of nuclear equipment in the former Yugoslavia. Energoinvest was known in the nuclear community as for producing steam separators for Soviet RBMK reactors. There has been speculation that this is a front company for purchasing equipment clandestinely.
