The Sunch'ŏn Calcium Cyanamide Fertilizer Factory is one of North Korea's four major fertilizer plants and is most likely a part of the Sunch'ŏn Vinalon Complex. This factory reportedly produces CW agents, but considering the lack of detailed information in the open source literature, it is difficult to confirm the allegations of CW-related activities at this facility.
