NTI's Carlson Speaks to UN General Assembly

On October 13, NTI consultant John Carlson presented a paper on "Nuclear Energy Post-Fukushima: Nuclear Governance for the 21st Century" at a briefing of the UN General Assembly's First Committee at the UN in New York.  The briefing was held by the United Nations Institute for Disarmament.
