“I welcome the news that Ukraine will eliminate its highly enriched uranium. This is an important step in making the world safer and reducing the risk of nuclear terrorism. I congratulate both President Yanukovych and President Obama and I hope that Ukraine’s commitment will encourage other nations to eliminate their weapon usable material.”
