Rachel Staley Grant joined NTI in August 2016 and serves as the Director of Public Education. Previously, Staley Grant managed programs and operations for the British American Security Information Council (BASIC) in London.
Deborah Rosenblum was named executive vice president in 2010. Working with NTI’s president, she oversees the organization’s operations, development and programs with an annual operating budget of $15-20 million. Rosenblum is NTI’s leading expert on biosecurity. Additionally, she leads NTI’s work on all security issues related to China, and leads NTI’s Middle Eastern partnerships.
Tammy T. Ware joined NTI in 2007. Ware supports the Executive Vice President, Deborah Rosenblum, as her Executive Assistant and assists the Material Security and Minimization department with projects, meetings and conference coordination.
Beth Cameron is NTI’s vice president for global biological policy and programs.

Judge Hisashi Owada was appointed to the International Court of Justice in The Hague in early 2003. Before being appointed to this post, he served as President of the Japan Institute of International Affairs.
