Brunei requested for the following assistance to the 1540 Committee in December 2007. These requests are related to consequence management of potential nuclear detonation.

  • Setting up radiological monitoring stations;
  • Setting up radiological emergency response (technical support required);
  • Setting up secondary standard dosimetry system;
  • Training programs at radiation regulatory bodies;
  • Training programs at radio-analytical labs to develop testing and detection capabilities
