a new paper on nuclear non-proliferation on Nov. 5, 2019 at the Hoover
Institution’s conference on ”Governing in an Emerging New World.”
The paper, Nuclear
Non-Proliferation: Steps for the 21st Century, examines
the world’s non-proliferation architecture against today’s challenges and
offers technical and policy approaches to mitigating proliferation concerns in
the future.
