Workers yesterday discovered a mustard agent vapor leak inside a storage igloo at the Blue Grass Army Depot in Kentucky, the Richmond Register reported (see GSN, Aug. 12).

Personnel began the task of tracking down the leaking weapon, which they would place inside a special container and transfer to a different storage igloo for close monitoring.

The leak posed no threat to area residents, said Blue Grass Chemical Activity spokesman Dick Sloan (Richmond Register, Aug. 17).
