NTI Board Member and Kiswe Mobile Chairman Jeong Kim was awarded the National Medal of Technology and Innovation, the nation’s highest award for technological achievement, on October 23rd by President Biden. The award recognizes American innovators whose vision, intellect, creativity, and determination have strengthened the nation’s economy and improved our quality of life.

Kim, founder of Kiswe Mobile, was recognized for his work with broadband optical systems, data communications, and wireless technologies “that transformed how we communicate.” The White House said Kim “exemplifies the power of American entrepreneurship and innovation.”
