Douet Kerr serves as the Finance Intern at NTI for the summer 2023 cohort. In his role, he assists NTI’s finance team with their financial and reporting needs.
Douet was born and raised in Portland, Jamaica. He is a driven and accomplished accounting student, who graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of the District of Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Throughout his academic career, Douet has demonstrated a strong work ethic, determination, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His outstanding academic record has earned him admission into the prestigious Master of Science in Accounting program at the University of Indiana Bloomington, where he will further his education and skills. Douet has set his sights on becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a goal he is well on his way to achieving. During his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer and video games.
