Evaristo Capalla is currently a Master’s candidate in Georgetown University’s Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies program. He received a degree in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations and a minor in Russian Studies, at the University of California, Los Angeles. His academic interests include U.S.-Russia relations, as well as arms control and nuclear non-proliferation. Evaristo also has experience in public policy and government relations having interned at the Legal Policy Research Center in Kazakhstan and worked as a Legislative Affairs Associate at the Valley Industry and Commerce Association in Southern California. In his free time, Evaristo enjoys hiking, drawing sketches, and working through a watchlist of classic movies.
