Bio

Jupiter Huang serves as the communications intern for NTI. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the communications team on a wide variety of projects to engage and educate key audiences on critical issues in the nuclear, biosecurity, and emerging technology fields.

Huang is a Science, Technology, and International Affairs major at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a concentration in security. His academic interests center around nuclear weapons, emerging technologies, and space policy, but Huang also dabbles in counter violent extremism studies through his minor in Jewish Civilization. As an undergraduate research fellow at Georgetown’s Mortara Center, he’s currently working on a project analyzing U.S. nuclear nonproliferation policy in Taiwan.

Huang previously interned at the Arms Control Association and the U.S. House of Representatives.

Some fun facts about Huang include his stint training professionally at a table tennis academy, his love for painting and late-night shows and his ongoing search for a fourth language to learn.
