Bio
Laura Kiefer serves as the director of operatons for NTI. In this role, she oversees and performs a diverse set of tasks, managing information technology, day to day internal processes, and NTI’s cyber security posture. She ensures the organization and its facilities have the resources needed to operate smoothly and efficiently.
She holds a BA in International Studies and International Business from American University.
