Mackenzie Cater was the executive assistant to the Vice President of Materials Risk Management and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to NTI, Cater served as an international legislative affairs coordinator for the US Chamber Institute for Legal Reform. Cater holds a BA in International Relations from the James Madison College at Michigan State University.
