On Tuesday, June 25, as part of NTI’s ongoing public seminar series, Dr. Ronald Schouten discussed the unique dangers of “insider threats” and how they are connected to the potential use of weapons of mass destruction. Dr. Schouten serves as Director of the Law & Psychiatry Service of the Massachusetts General Hospital and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
