Rising geopolitical tensions, ongoing regional conflicts, and rapid technological change are fundamentally disrupting the global nuclear order. In response to this perilous moment, NTI has released a new paper, "Navigating Disruption in the Global Nuclear Order: Managing Risks and Shaping a New Way Forward."
"Rewriting the Narrative on Nuclear Weapons: A research-based guide to building a safer future" provides those seeking to reduce nuclear risks and eventually eliminate nuclear weapons an evidence-based narrative framework to connect with a supermajority of Americans to shift policy, practices, and beliefs by focusing on shared values.
NTI will join world leaders and policy makers at the 2025 Munich Security Conference (MSC) where NTI Co-Chair and CEO Ernest J. Moniz and colleagues will host multiple side events focused on reducing nuclear, biological, and emerging technology threats imperiling humanity.
The Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard Kennedy School, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and NTI are co-chairing a new bipartisan task force comprised of over a dozen former senior government officials and experts with deep national security experience.
