independent Seoul-based organization dedicated to promoting peace-building
policies in the region. Moniz spoke at the seminar as part of a recent trip to
Singapore, the Republic of Korea and Japan.

by former Foreign Minister
Kim Sung-hwan, who also moderated a question-and-answer session with the
audience of current and former government officials, diplomats, academics, and
