Former Senator and NTI Co-Chairman Sam Nunn delivered remarks in Moscow on the challenges and opportunities for U.S.-Russian cooperation. In his remarks at the Carnegie Moscow Center, he proposed six ways for the U.S. and Russia to work together to increase global security. “In particular,” he said, “Russia and the United States must work together to ensure that ISIS never acquires nuclear or radiological weapons, as well as other weapons of mass destruction.”
