On 27 August 2015, the IAEA and the Republic of Kazakhstan signed an agreement to establish a physical reserve of Low Enriched Uranium (LEU Bank) in Oskemen, Kazakhstan. Join us for an interactive discussion with a panel of leading experts on the issue. The speakers will discuss the achievements made so far and the next steps in establishing the fuel bank as well as multilateral atapproaches to the nuclear fuel cycle (MNAs) – assurances of supply and non-proliferation.
