Jessica Tuchman Mathews is a distinguished fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and Emeritus Board Member at the Nuclear Threat Initiative. She served as Carnegie’s president for 18 years. Before her appointment in 1997, her career included posts in both the executive and legislative branches of government, in management and research in the nonprofit arena, and in journalism and science policy.

Professor Liru Cui is Senior Advisor of China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR) and a distinguished veteran in international relations and security issues.

Malcolm Rifkind is a former Member of Parliament for Kensington in the United Kingdom and has served as the United Kingdom’s Defense Secretary and Foreign Minister.

Hayley Anne Severance is the deputy vice president for NTI's Global Biological Policy and Programs team (NTI | bio). In that role, she supports and leads the team's efforts to reduce biological risks that imperil humanity.

Greg Butchello joined the Nuclear Threat Initiative in 2020 as the executive assistant and conference coordinator for both Global Biological Policy & Programs and International Fuel Cycle Strategies.

Jacob Eckles joined the Nuclear Threat Initiative in 2019 and serves as a Senior Program Officer for NTI | bio.

Jack Brosnan joined NTI in August 2019 as a program officer for the Materials Risk Management program. In this role he supports the Nuclear Security Index, and Gender Champions in Nuclear Policy.
