Rohlfing Joins International Security Executive Circle

NTI President Joan Rohlfing is a founding member of Women in International Security's Executive Circle, a group of distinguished leaders from a variety of sectors who are helping to provide guidance and support for WIIS at a critical time for women's participation and leadership in the international affairs arena. The Executive Circle will move forward on strategic planning and outreach over the summer at this important juncture for WIIS.
Rohfling also participated in a WIIS luncheon on nuclear security, which was hosted by Ambassador Renée Jones-Bos from the Kingdom of the Netherlands. In addition to Rohlfing, the event also featured former WIIS President Laura Holgate, Senior Director for WMD Terrorism and Threat Reduction on the National Security Staff. The luncheon brought together WIIS members from the governmental, think tank, and corporate sectors for a candid and in-depth discussion on the current state of international cooperation in the area of nuclear safety and security.
