GHS Index Website Receives Awards for Creativity and Digital Excellence
The Global Health Security (GHS) Index website has been recognized with awards for its creativity and digital excellence from leading communicators and creative professionals. Launched in October 2019, the website houses the GHS Index report and presents its complex data in unique, interactive models to help communicate the information to a cross-sector global audience.
The website has been recognized by the following groups:
- In February 2020, the GHS Index website received an AVA Digital Award in the “Creativity (Web Design)/Web Infographics Category.” The AVA Digital Awards are an international competition that recognizes excellence by creative professionals responsible for the planning, concept, direction, design, and production of digital communication.
- In May 2020, the website received the honor of “Excellence – Website for Health” from the Communicator Awards. Organized by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA), these awards honor excellence in innovation and creative work in marketing and communications.
- In October 2020, the website was a “Silver Award Winner” of the W3 Awards. These awards celebrate digital excellence by honoring outstanding websites, marketing, video, mobile sites & apps, social and podcasts created by some of the best interactive agencies, designers, and creators worldwide.
- Also in October 2020, the website won the GOLD Davey Award for the category "Websites for Health & Health Services." The Davey Awards honor the finest creative work from the best small shops, firms, and companies worldwide.
