Bio
Louis Salkind currently serves as president of the Bright Horizon Foundation, a non-profit family foundation. Previously, Louis worked at D. E. Shaw & Co., where he variously held titles of Managing Director and Vice Chairman, and also served on its Executive Committee. Louis received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University, and his A.B. in Physics from Princeton University.
