Matthew Bunn and Rolf Mowatt-Larssen on “Iran Nuclear Archive: Impressions and Observations.”

  • Ted Turner Boardroom, NTI

As part of NTI’s ongoing seminar series, Matthew Bunn, Professor of Practice at Harvard Kennedy School and Co-Principal Investigator for the Project on Managing the Atom at Harvard’s Belfer Center, and Rolf Mowatt-Larssen, Director of the Intelligence Project at Harvard’s Belfer Center, discussed key findings from their report, “The Iran Nuclear Archive: Impressions and Implications.”

Bunn and Mowatt-Larssen detailed the visit of a Harvard delegation of experts to Tel Aviv where they received briefings by Israeli intelligence on the Iranian nuclear archive. Israeli intelligence agents reportedly stole a significant portion of Iran’s secret nuclear weapons files from a warehouse in the suburb of Tehran during a daring night raid on January 31, 2018.

This event took place on May 16, 2019.
