Drunken Moscow free-for-all gets high ranked official fired

A high level nuclear commander engaged in a wide variety of personal misconduct during his official trip to Moscow. Assigned to travel to Russia to oversee three wings of nuclear-armed intercontinental ballistic missiles, his trip included heavy drinking, rudeness to his hosts and the persistent pursuit of two ‘suspect’ foreign national women. The carelessness displayed on the job resulted in his firing.
