NTI President Joan Rohlfing participated in the Nuclear Modernization: Is the United States Headed for a New Arms Race?  forum, held by the Council on Foreign Relations.  The discussion focused on U.S. policy towards nuclear modernization, and its effects on the balance of power among nuclear states. 

Rohlfing was joined by moderator Matthew Kroenig, Associate Professor and International Relations Field Chair, Georgetown University, Lt. Gen. (ret.) Frank G. Klotz, Undersecretary for Nuclear Security, U.S. Department of Energy, and William Schneider Jr., President, International Planning Services Inc., and former Undersecretary of State for Security Assistance, Science and Technology.
