Rohlfing was joined by moderator Matthew Kroenig, Associate Professor and International Relations Field Chair, Georgetown University, Lt. Gen. (ret.) Frank G. Klotz, Undersecretary for Nuclear Security, U.S. Department of Energy, and William Schneider Jr., President, International Planning Services Inc., and former Undersecretary of State for Security Assistance, Science and Technology.
