Ioanna Iliopulos joined NTI as a senior consultant in February 2015 to support NTI’s Radiological Security Program. Iliopulos has more than 20 years of experience addressing issues and programs relating to National Security and Nonproliferation policy.

Jessica A. Bell serves as a senior director for NTI | bio. In this role, she works on projects to strengthen global health security, primarily NTI’s Global Health Security Index.

Isabelle Williams joined NTI in 2007 and serves as senior director on the Global Nuclear Policy Program. As part of this work she helps coordinate the international strategy of the program, managing the work of NTI’s global partners.

Dr. Jeong Kim is currently chairman of Kiswe Mobile Inc., a start up focusing on mobile interactive video and a former President of Bell Labs.

Igor S. Ivanov is a Professor at Moscow State Institute for International Relations. Previously, he served as Minister of Foreign Affairs, from 1998 to 2004, and Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, from 2004 to 2007.

As executive vice president, Deborah Rosenblum was part of NTI’s executive leadership team and helps oversee the organization’s operations, development and programs with an annual operating budget of $15-20 million. At NTI Rosenblum led the successful development of Connecting Organizations for Regional Disease Surveillance (CORDS) as an independent, self-sustaining global network of regional disease surveillance groups. Additionally, she leads NTI’s work on all security issues related to China, and leads NTI’s Middle Eastern partnerships.

Lord Browne is a Member of the House of Lords in the United Kingdom and a former British Secretary of State for Defense. He is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees and Directors of the European Leadership Network.

Douglas B. Shaw, PhD, serves as senior adviser to NTI, supporting NTI’s work on global nuclear policy.
