Bio

Kyle Tucker serves as the fall 2023 resident Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellow supporting NTI’s Nuclear Materials Security team. In this role, he will contribute to projects aimed at strengthening international nuclear security and nonproliferation policy.

As a Scoville Fellow, Tucker seeks to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world by learning about and contributing to public-interest organizations. Prior to NTI, Tucker graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Russian from Indiana University’s Hamilton Lugar School. Tucker completed previous internships at the Center for Nonproliferation Studies in Monterey, California and the Nuclear Technology Safety Center in Almaty, Kazakhstan. He recently returned from studying the Russian language at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Kazakhstan on a Boren Scholarship.
